Products

What size should i choose?

In general, we strive for you to be able to have your normal size, but as all bodies are unique we recommend that you read our size guide and read reviews from previous customers to find the right size.

Where are your products designed and manufactured?

Our own products are designed by our fantastic in-house designers. Prodcuts from the brand Athlecia are designed in Denmark by a great team of enthusiastic designers. Manufacturing takes place at carefully selected factories in Asia.

Can i monitor a product to know when it is back in stock?

Yes, use the wishlist function on the website and you will recive and email when the product is back in stock.

Order and delivery

I'm missing the order confirmation

Your order confirmation should normally be in your inbox within the hour. Sometimes the mail services can put order confirmations in the junk mail so be sure to check there as well. If you still cannot find it please contact us at hello@yumanyoga.com.

Did you send my order?

You will receive a delivery confirmation for the e-mail you specified when you made the purchase as soon as the order is sent from our warehouse. If you have not received a delivery confirmation or cannot find it, you are of course welcome to contact us at hello@wearepomme.com.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Finland, Germany 2-4 working days

Rest of EU 3-5 working days

Can i track my order?

You will recive a tracking link in the mail when we send out your package.

Which countries do you ship to?

All countries in EU.

My package was returned to you before i could pick it up.

Contact our customer service at hello@yumanyoga.com and we will send it out to you again. However for packages that have not been collected in time we will take out an additional fee of 15 EUR for shipping and handling costs.

Returns and Exchanges

How do i make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you are of course welcome to return it!

Please use our size guides before ordering to reduce the amount of returns and by that lowering the environmental impact. Thank you!

Fill out the return form and then attach the return shipping label to the package and drop it off to the nearest DHL agent.

When we have recieved and processed your return we will refund your payment using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We deduct the return fee according to the below table from the refund.

Normally the return will be processed within 10 days from the time you sent the return.

The refund also includes and potential shipping cost you paid if you used the standard shipping alternative.

If you want to change your product mark the “Change” box in the return form and then place a new order on our website. Contact our customer service for a code for free shipping on your new order.

What is your return policy?

  • You have the right to return 30 days after receiving your goods.
  • Please use our size guides before ordering to reduce the amount of returns and by that lowering the environmental impact. Thank you!
  • The product must be unused and have all labels left.
  • You will be refunded in the same way you chose to pay.
  • The refund also includes any potential shipping cost that you paid when you purchased the product as long as you used standard shipping alternative.
  • You as a customer are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

I cant find my return form or return shipping label?

Contact our customer service at hello@yumanyoga.com and we will assist you.

Can i change my product for a diffrent one?

Use the return form and mark “Change” and use the return shipping label to return the product to us. Then create a new order with the product you wish to change to. If you contact our customer support we will give you a code to remove the shipping cost for the new order.

Note that we will take out a return fee for shipping cost and handling. See the question regarding returns for more information.

My product is damaged?

Contact our customer service at hello@yumanyoga.com and we will help you with the process, please take pictures of the damaged product and attach in the email.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?

We use Klarna as a payment provider, they have various payment options depending on country. Check out the checkout and you will be able to choose the option that suits you best!

Can i pause my Klarna invoice?

You can use the Klarna app to pause your invoice or contact Klarna support here for assistance.

I returned my order, what do i do with the Klarna invoice?

Find the current invoice in your Klarna account and click on “Report Return” The invoice is now frozen until we have processed your return. You will then receive an email when the return is processed and the invoice is updated. Please note that the return fee is usually left on the invoice and should be paid as a regular Klarna invoice

I got a reminder from Klarna even though i returned the item?

Most likley the return fee remains on the invoice. This is paid as a normal Klarna invoice. If it is paid and you still receive reminders please contact our customer service at hello@yumanyoga.com

My product is damaged?

Contact our customer service at hello@yumanyoga.com and we will help you with the process, please take pictures of the damaged product and attach in the email.
