Terms of service
1.1 This page and all pages that refer to Yuman’s general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (“you”) place an order via www.yuman.se and associated pages, (the “Website”). Agreement is entered into between you and Yuman AB, organization number 559199-8058. Detailed contact information and other information about Yuman can be found on the website. By using the website, you show that you accept these general terms and conditions and if you do not accept or accept the terms, you should stop using the page immediately.
1.2 To be able to order on the website, you must be 18 years of age or older. According to Swedish law, Yuman does not allow credit purchases to persons under 18 years of age. Yuman reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).
1.3 Yuman reserves the right to make final sales and if there are image and typing errors on the website, such as errors in product description or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock . Yuman reserves the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, Yuman will of course notify you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before Yuman proceeds with the order. All image information on the Website must be seen as illustrations only. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reflect the number of items you receive or the exact appearance, features or origin of the item. Yuman is not responsible for information on the website that comes from a third party.
1.4 The Website, and all content on it, is owned by Yuman or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without Yuman’s written permission.
2. Agreements and orders
2.2 A purchase agreement is not entered into until Yuman has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from Yuman by e-mail. Yuman prompts you to save this order confirmation for any contact with Yuman Customer Service. You can withdraw your order until it is confirmed by Yuman. If the order is revoked, Yuman will refund any payments that you or your debit or credit card companies have made regarding the order.
3. Customer information
3.1 Yuman recommends that you create a user account before shopping on the website. When you register your user account and / or carry out an order, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. You confirm that the information you fill in is correct and complete and are responsible for incorrectly filled in information.
3.2 You undertake to ensure that no one else can use your login information. You may not disclose the username and password of any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing username and password information are stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to the information. You must immediately report to Yuman if it is suspected that an unauthorized person has gained access to your password. You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details if such notification has not been made.
3.3 If Yuman suspects that you are abusing your user account or login details or otherwise violating the Terms, Yuman has the right to suspend you. Yuman also has the right to assign you new login information.
4. Prices, fees and payment
4.1 When ordering via the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.
4.2 You can pay in the ways specified on the website. Yuman has the right to charge already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method is chosen by you and approved by Yuman. In the case of invoice payment or partial payment, Yuman or its partners may make a credit report. In such a case, you will be informed of this. Yuman reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change payment methods if the one you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase. Please note that any restrictions on payment options are listed on the Website.
5. Promotions and offers
Yuman may from time to time offer promotions on the Website which may have more favorable terms than those set out in these Terms, e.g. concerning payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific items specified by Yuman in connection with the promotion. Yuman reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the website are valid for a limited time and as long as stock lasts.
6. Delivery and transport
6.1 Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days stated on the website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (eg in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock), delivery takes place no later than 30 working days from the time Yuman confirms the order in writing through the order confirmation.
6.2 The expected delivery time of the product is stated in the order confirmation, at checkout and / or on the relevant product page on the website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this does not depend on you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
6.3 If packages are to be redeemed, you must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. You will always receive a notification showing where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can be made via e-mail, regular mail and if you have provided a mobile number, also via telephone call or SMS. If you do not pick up the package, Yuman has the right to charge you a fee of SEK 149.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 When purchasing goods on the website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Yuman within 14 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods: a) Goods that have been manufactured or modified according to your instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch. (b) Products with a broken seal that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (eg underwear, cosmetics, swimwear, hair dryers and similar products, shavers and electric toothbrushes). c) Audio or video recordings (for example, a CD) or computer program with a broken seal.
7.3 In connection with an order for goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, you must not break the seal if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to repent thus ceases when you break the seal.
7.4 If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to Yuman. You must enter your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If you do not want to use the above option for notification, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced (see www.konsumentverket.se)
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to Yuman. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in original box. Returns must be made to Yuman according to the methods and instructions stated on the Website.
7.6 Sometimes Yuman may offer free returns for certain goods. If free return applies, it will be stated on the current product page on the website.
7.7 When you cancel your purchase, Yuman will refund the amount you paid for the item, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of you choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery that Yuman offers. When returning part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded. On the amount to be refunded, Yuman has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties. or function.
7.8 Yuman will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date we received your return and sent you a return confirmation via email. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose when you purchased the item, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such a refund.
8. Warranty and complaint
8.1 Some of Yuman’s products may be covered by warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty terms for each item can be found on the website or in these Terms. Warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a personal change in the product’s function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty.
8.2 The right of complaint covers goods that are defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the product is defective when you receive your order, you must contact Yuman as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have received your order. Contact our customer service. Complaints made within two months of you discovering the error are always considered to have been submitted on time. You have a 3-year right to make a complaint about goods purchased on the Website.
8.3 Yuman is responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.
8.4 When the complained product is returned and the complaint is approved, Yuman will compensate you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Yuman strives for this to happen within 30 days of Yuman receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the product. Yuman reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Items returned must be in original packaging. In the absence of packaging, the value of the product may decrease. To be sure of getting all the money back, we recommend that the item is returned in original packaging. You always have the right to return your item if the above conditions are met. Should the product be damaged or not in the same condition as when it was sent, we have the opportunity to deduct the amount corresponding to the decrease in value. If, for example, you wish to change your item to another size or similar procedure, a new order will be placed on the Website in connection with the return being sent back to Yuman.
In the event of sales or realizations, a possible return fee of SEK 79 will be charged. Which products are included is written on the product page.
11. Force Majeure
Yuman is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Yuman’s control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / data connections or other communications, and faults or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which entail exemption from damages and other sanctions. Should any such situation arise, Yuman will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the time for the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Yuman have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
12. Changes to the terms
Yuman reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be published on the Website. Changes apply from the time you accept the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Website), or 30 days after Yuman has informed you of the changes. However, Yuman recommends that you stay updated on the Website regularly to be notified of any changes to the Terms. 13. INVALIDITY Should a competent court, authority or arbitral tribunal find that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidelines and advice.
13. Application of law and dispute
13.1 Disputes shall primarily be resolved by agreement after discussion with Yuman’s customer service.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Yuman’s customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (the General Complaints Board), which you can find more information about at www.arn.se. You can also submit complaints directly online via the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform, which can be found at the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts us and tries to resolve the dispute without interfering with the court. In the event of a dispute, Yuman follows a decision from ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
13.3 Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and settled in accordance with clause 13.2 above or ultimately by a general court.
